Shipping & Returns

No cancellations or changes to orders after being placed. However, we do try to make exceptions where we can. Let us know what you're going through and we'll see what we can do!

 

Returns + Exchanges

Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only submit a RMA request if you meet one of the following criteria:

• Received damaged items
• Manufacture defects
• Missing items from your order 

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Function of Vex  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Common Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as "delivered," but you have not received it, please contact USPS or your shipping carrier first. Once scanned into the shipping carrier systems, we have no control over the delivery of your package.
Some common situations:
1. Your package was delivered to a neighbor. Please check with your neighbors.
2. Your package was scanned as delivered, but has not yet been delivered. Please wait 24-48 additional hours before inquiring with your shipping carrier. 
3. Your package was placed on your porch or in a different area from your mailbox. Please look around your home for alternate locations your package may have been delivered to. 
4. Your package has been delayed during shipment, but was not marked as delayed. 
To avoid issues with deliveries, you may opt into selecting insured shipping at check out as well as making sure you have a safe delivery location for your packages. 
We cannot be held responsible to replace any packages that are marked as delivered if you are not able to locate them as this falls within the jurisdiction of the shipping carriers. 
If none of the above circumstances result in your package being delivered, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. Once confirmed that your package has been lost in transit or stolen, please email us a copy of the shipping carrier's confirmation so that we can proceed with return or exchanges. Please note that this only applies to packages that have additional shipping protection purchased at checkout. 

Delays

Unfortunately, due to a number of circumstances, we cannot guarantee that packages will arrive on time, even with expedited shipping. Expedited shipping methods can often experience delays that are outside of our control (inclement weather, holidays, etc.)
We do not refund any shipping fees due to delayed delivery. 

Damages

Please email us at info@f-vex.com if you received any defective or damaged items. We always try our best to find solutions or replace your damaged items. 
If the damaged item is out of stock, we will refund you the cost of the item at the time of payment (including discounts). 

Wrong Address

Please reach out to us with your order number and correct address via email at info@f-vex.com. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to you due to incorrect address entry. Please double check your addresses at the time of purchase. 

Processing

It takes 3-5 days to process all orders. If certain items are out of stock or waiting to be restocked this process can be delayed. Orders are shipped M-F every week with the exception of U.S. Federal holidays.

We do not ship to PO/APO boxes.

 

International Shipping

Any shipping fee collected by Function of Vex DOES NOT include any customs/duty tax incurred by incoming postal country. Customers are responsible for all customs fees incurred. Note that for all international orders, Function of Vex cannot guarantee the estimated shipping delivery time due to our inability to anticipate Customs and Border Patrol's operations in the receiving country.
