Description
Transform any color into a special effect finish. Fetti Topcoat is a no-wipe, glossy topcoat that includes pastel blue, white, yellow, and pink confetti glitters with smaller iridescent glitter. For best results, float a generous amount over the nail and allow glitters to self level. Arrange larger glitter particles to your liking with a liner brush. Cure for 60 seconds in a UV/LED lamp with a power rating of at least 72W.
