Flex Rubber Base Gel

This base is the mf*n GOAT of all bases.
I recently made a post about clients and circulatory issues. This is the only gel that stays on my clients with Raynaud's. This is perfect for difficult lifters. I have even used it on clients who have NEVER been able to keep anything on for more than a few hours/days.
My client went from only keeping regular polish on for a few hours, gel for 4-6 hours, acrylic 5 days to gel x (with flex base) for 3.5 weeks. This woman has never seen her nails grow out until now. My other client has never had anything stay on her toes for more than a few days, this is the ONLY product that has worked (3-4weeks!) thank you FVEX🥹 I stocked up while I could.

I’ve found this to be the perfect base! Self levels easily and creates the perfect protective layer for natural nails. This is my second purchase! And my clients come back with strong & long nails.

Game changer! X-dip self manicure apprentice. It applies a little bit differently than regular base products as it is thicker. Less running off the side of my nail. Makes my Mani last as long as dip - no joke. And chemically consciously made. Customer for life. (Picture is f-vwx base and top coat)

I only use this rubber base, it’s allowed me to do my own nails for over a year now.. it’s clear to the end (fill-in time), when others have turned a yellow hue… love love love

This stuff is magic! It's thick and rubbery, so it really grips your nails and creates the perfect foundation for your polish. Plus, it's super flexible, so it moves with your nails and prevents those pesky chips and cracks. Honestly, I'm obsessed.

best rubber base ever

I absolutely love this product, however when I opened my box it was not all the way screwed on and was leaking. A lot of it was still in there.

I recently switched to this base gel and I LOVE it. The retention has been great, it applies smooth and self levels perfectly without immediately pooling into the cuticles. It’s my new go too base! My only “critique” is that I wish the bottle was bigger. I do long structured gel manicures, and I estimate that I will go through at least 10, maybe 12 bottles a year, and I hate to throw away such a cute bottle that could be refilled and used for 6 months before getting tossed. I’d love to see a large refill bottle option available for purchase in the future!

I LOVE the rubber base and I will be using it on all my clients now there is just such a huge difference, the gel never chips! The only thing that I wish I could change would be the brush I wish that it had the rounded brush that a lot of other brands are using now it makes application a whole lot smoother

Listen-I made my first purchase from Function last Black Friday (amazing a$$ sale!!), and here I am almost a year later, obsessed with yall. I literally refuse to use any other base. It’s great for applying extensions also. Patiently waiting on Black Friday again so I can “throw it in the bagggg”! 😂

Incredible, for real! The perfect thickness that can be used as a builder for strength, and it leaves a nice tacky finish for your polish to really adhere to. My polish applied so beautifully! My new favorite nail product!

So good. I have very soft nails and the most I can usually expect from my home gel mani is a week. I used this with the Armor gel and I'm now at almost two weeks on my last set <3

Oh this is by far the best rubber base gel I’ve ever used. I did my nails a week ago, and I have an infant, and baby these nails are still thriving! 😂 I’m about to order so many more.

I've been using this Flex Base on myself and my friend for a trial run before I use it on clients and it held on great with no chipping for 4 weeks. I used it on clients and they're doing well on them too! Due to scheduling conflict, a client couldn't come in until 6 weeks out when 4 weeks is the norm and they were great! Happy with this product!
