How To Use:
- Apply base color of choice.
- If using a color that has a tacky layer, remove the tacky layer using gel cleanser OR apply Ceramic Matte Topcoat and cure for 60 seconds.
- Shake the pens thoroughly and vigorously. For the first use, pump the tip of the pen on a piece of paper until the paint has saturated the tip. Now you can draw anything and everything!
- Wait a couple seconds for it to dry down to a matte finish.
- Apply Hi-Def Topcoat or your topcoat of choice.
