How To Use:

1. Apply a non-wipe glossy topcoat or chrome specific topcoat. Cure for 60 seconds. For detailed designs use FinePrint Non-Wipe 3D Art Gel. Cure for 60 seconds. 
2. Use a Powder 'N' Pigment applicator to apply your pigment of choice. 
   
3. File the free edge at a 45 degree angle. Brush off any excess pigment or dust. Topcoat again to protect your designs! Cure for 60 seconds and you're all good to go. 
4. Topcoat and cure again to seal.
